Response to Coronavirus Outbreak – Optimus Law

In response to the current COVID 19 pandemic, the Board of Directors at Optimus Law has created a practical and result-driven operational plan to safeguard our patrons, staff, and communities. At Optimus Law, our number one preference is the health and safety of everyone while continuing to deliver uninterrupted legal services and immigration assistance.

For this, we’re following all government guidelines and Public Health England advice to ensure that all of our clients, staff, colleagues, and communities are protected and safe.

While all our offices are closed until further notice, we’ve provided state-of-the-art technological resources to our staff to enhance our interactions. In order to make the process seamless, some of our expert lawyers are still working remotely and take instructions by phone, email, and video conferencing.

  • Telephone: Our administrative staff will be available from 09:00am – 6:30pm.
  • Post: While we prefer correspondence and sharing of documents by email as it is the quickest method of communication, you can also use a postal service if the sending of original documents is necessary.

Can I still get legal assistance during COVID 19 pandemic?

Absolutely yes, you can contact our immigration lawyers by following the instructions mentioned above. We have provided our lawyers and caseworkers complete access to the needed resources.

 

What is happening to court hearings?

The Courts and Tribunals have currently vacated all hearings and your lawyer/caseworker will inform you of any update in relation to the same. If you are not sure what is happening, please contact your lawyer/caseworker for further details.
